Would you like to place your signature at the bottom of the invoice then you can upload an image file of your signature into the employee settings. Under Settings > Administration > Employees you would then select a staff member and upload his or her signature.
If you choose to use the standard template, everything pretty much functions automatically. However, if you want to use your own stationery, then you’ll need to determine where in the document you want the signature to show up. To do so, simply insert the placeholder image:[User.signature] into the document.
