The preallocation of text is also possible for emails. If you want out send out your documents via email, then you can specify both the respective text and subject line for each document type under Settings > Documents > Email templates. The name of the email sender may also be entered here.
It is also possible to send HTML emails, if you would prefer. In this case, enter the HTML code and please don’t forget the placeholder [Email.body]. When sending the email, this will be replaced by the actual message text.
In this field you will also find the link “Standard template.” If you click on it, a small assistant will open for creating an HTML template. This is particularly practical if you have already uploaded your personal logo. How does this work? We’ll show you how in the section on Display appearance.
