Tags

All forms of documents (invoices, estimates, etc.)—but also customers and articles—can be listed as tags. These tags may be freely chosen and are used to define the elements. A tag can be attached to an unlimited number of objects and, at the same time, each object may be assigned any number of tags.

After opening a document (or customer/article) you will find the allocated tags at the bottom to the right. A new tag will be added after entering a keyword into the text box. In the process, tags already used within other fields will appear as suggestions and can thus be adopted. A click on the small minus symbol in front of each tag will also remove the suggestions.

The summary pages listing all invoices, estimates, customers, and articles will likewise show a tag cloud on the bottom right. This is an alphabetical listing of all used tags.
The use of different font sizes will reflect the frequency of tag use. A large font size correlates with frequent use.

Once a tag from the cloud has been clicked, only those objects attached to the tag will appear. This process can be repeated so that several tags are used for specific selections. The tags are connected by means of “AND” logic, and therefore items need to be attached to all tags to appear.
