Highrise is a web-based CRM tool. The instructions on how to import Highrise data are located in the “Customer import” section of this Billomat manual.
If you have chosen Highrise as your import facility, please take the following steps:
- Enter your Highrise account name.
- Enter the Highrise API token. To get the token, go to “My info” at Highrise, followed by a click on “API token.”
- An option is available for refining the import data by entering a search term.
- Begin with a search for data to be imported by clicking on “Search for customers”. This completes the essential steps for the Highrise data import.
